Not as good as I hoped. Returned the first one because it wouldn't focus at all. Second one is mediocre, at best. Amazon's cooperation was flawless.

I purchased two of the Alpen Monoculars on a wim, expection them to be not much more than a toy based upon the purchase price. I was pleasently surpised when they arrived at their quality and clarity. I will be taking one with me on my next foray into the forest. Light, compact and easy to carry,they also come with a velcro belt case. a good purchase indeed.
