This does not fit standard picatinny rails! Unlike a previous reviewer, I did not want to file down my rail to make this $25 bipod fit. I tried to jam it on but it wouldn't fit. Now I have nice scratch marks all over the bottom of my rail.

Got this bipod for my AR-15 (I mount it on the bottom of my Troy quad rail, right at the front).
What can you say, works as advertised! At the end of the day, a bipod is a bipod - you can dress 'em up every which way and charge $200 like some, or you can get one that is sturdy, stable, no frills and costs $25, like this one! Adjustable leg heights are great, more than enough adjustment for all situations. Recommended.

Got this for my AR. To mount to the rail on my free float tube. I had to clean the inside of the rail mount with a fine file to get it to mount easily. But it folds out nice and is a steady shooting platform. I like the leg height adjustment. Overall it was a good buy.
